When your Help Center needs help, it's time for a major cleanup. I updated the taxonomy and sorted through hundreds of questions.

Some FAQs needed organization, some needed images. Most needed common sense.

This internal project was just as important as my customer-facing work, directly contributing to the team's efficiency and success.

4K Launch

DIRECTV was one of the first major providers to offer movies in 4K, but there was some confusion about how to watch them.

I teamed up with Customer Care to get a list of most common questions and provided contextual answers throughout the site.
